The hotel was situated conveniently near a number of key attractions. We were able to enjoy a nice evening stroll by the canal, and there was a beautiful temple next door. Although it was quite a distance from the train station, we were able to easily access tourist spots.

The hotel lacked cleanliness in some areas, which was disappointing.

The staff are nice and the breakfurst is various.

There is no wireless Internet in the room. The facility ithe room is a little bit old, but e room is clean.

We chose this place for the second time because of its nice and convenient location. It is only two blocks away from an Art Deco type park in "Old City". The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable sitting area. The hotel provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and an am/fm alarm clock. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke English well and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, this venue offers free Wi-Fi, a car park, an exercise gym, and a flat-screen TV. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Staff was not as friendly and helpful as we would like. Location is not as convenient as we would like. Kaohsiung city is not a friendly or welcoming place to visit.

Spent Xmas holidays in a hotel offering great value for money. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the free wifi worked well. The location was perfect, located near many popular tourist attractions and within walking distance of an MRT station—making it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Some of the hotel's amenities were outdated, such as the TV and the bathroom. The staff were polite but not very attentive, and there were some issues with room service.

The front desk staff were helpful. They tried to help us as best as they could.

Everywhere you go there is a certain unpleasing smell in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was quite limited in choice.
